Before you build, let's clear this up.
An average-sized single-family home, from permit to key handover, usually takes 12 to 18 months depending on size and site complexity.
It depends on the zoning and local council regulations. In the project audit we check buildability and constraints before any design work starts.
Yes. We file the executive project and the council permit, and coordinate the technical inspections through to the occupancy certificate.
Yes. We can build from an already-drafted project, or coordinate the design with our own in-house architecture team from scratch.
The budget is fixed against the executive project. Any later change is approved in writing before it's carried out.
